Q. When is the financial aid office open?
Monday - Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Wed. Extended Hours 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Q. Can I schedule an appointment to meet with a financial aid counselor?
It is not necessary to make an appointment to meet with a financial aid counselor.
Financial aid counselors are available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, on a walk-in basis in the Financial Aid Office, Charles Von der Ahe building, Suite 270, to answer questions regarding federal & state aid programs.
Questions can also be submitted via your MyAid Inbox or finaid@lmu.edu, and will be responded to within two business days.
