IRS Tax Transcript

If the student or parent is unable or chooses not to use the IRS DRT in FAFSA on the Web, you will need to provide the LMU Financial Aid Office with a 2015 IRS Tax Return Transcript(s). (signature not required).

To obtain a 2015 IRS Tax Return Transcript, go to http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript.

You can download and print your transcript immediately, or you can request your transcript to be mailed to your address on record through the IRS website or by calling the transcript toll-free line: 1-800-908-9946.

Make sure to request the "IRS Tax Return Transcript" NOTE: an "IRS Tax Account Transcript" cannot be accepted.
Use the Social Security Number and date of birth of the first person listed on the 2015 IRS income tax return, and the address on file with the IRS (normally this will be the address used on the 2015 IRS income tax return).
