We look forward to hearing from you. We’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible. To help us expedite your request here are some helpful items to be aware of:

If you need to send our office a document, please attach it to an email directed to mailto:finaid@lmu.edu
Include your LMU Student ID number if you are a current or returning student
Current and returning students must also email LMU from your Lion Email account
When visiting our office, make sure you show your LMU One Card or another form of photo ID
Students should be aware of LMU’s Student Code of Conduct

The Financial Aid Office is located in the Charles Von Der Ahe Building, Suite 270 on the 2^nd floor. Financial aid counselors are available to meet with student and parents Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Appointments are not necessary unless requested.
